Manage Email Templates
By using email templates you can sent conformation mail to customer as well as to admin.
You can edit email subject as well as email content in your desired format.
The app provides 5 types of email for admin and customer :
Click on Edit button to edit the email subject and content as you desired format.
After clicking on edit button you will be redirected to content page.
You can use different tags that are mentioned to format your email content.
After editing email content click on Update button to save template.
Here are the different email template :
Claim Request Template For Admin :
This template is for admin.
If any customer requests claim on his/her order this email will be sent to admin.
2. Claim Requested Email For Customer :
This template is for customer.
If customer request claim on his/her order this email will be sent to him/her to confirm claim.
3. Claim Refund Email For Customer :
This template is for customer.
When admin approves customer's claim request for refund this email will be sent to customer.
4. Claim Re-Order Email For Customer :
This template is for customer.
When admin approves customer's claim request for reorder this email will be sent to customer.
5. Claim Cancel Email For Customer :
This template is for customer.
When admin cancels customer's claim request for any unfair means on customer's part this email will be sent to customer.
