Getting Started
Please follow the below steps to setup the app.
- 1.First, go to the Insurance Plans menu.
- 2.Here, we are providing two types of plans: Fixed & Percentage Fixed: To apply the fixed charge amount while adding an insurance product. Percentage: To apply the percentage amount based on the cart subtotal while adding an insurance product. Inside the Fixed plan type there are two sub-types available:a) Plans by cart value: Create multiple plans to apply charges based on the cart's min & max price.b) Single Plan: Create a fixed single plan to apply charges while adding insurance on every order.
- 3.After creating the plan, just go to the Settings menu.Enable/Disable App: To enable/disable the app from your entire store. Title of Insurance: Main short label of your insurance title. Description of Insurance: Description of what type of shipping insurance you are providing. Auto Add To Cart: When customer reach to the cart page then, Insurance will be added automatically to the order. Insurance Image: Upload an image of your insurance protection.
- 4.Then, go to the Install Code Menu.Here, you need to add the claim page in your navigation so, customers can claim the insurance easily from your store. Either you can set this link inside the main menu, footer menu, or customer account navigation as well. If you want to test the app in any different theme then, just click on the Install button against that theme.
That's it! In just 4 Steps you can simply setup the app.
